The private tenancy agreement is issued for signature. Benarevo coordinates access to the villa before we hand over the keys.

What is an arrendamiento de temporada?
An arrendamiento de temporada is a private seasonal tenancy governed by Spanish Law 29/1994 (LAU), Article 3. It is a direct agreement between a private landlord and a tenant for a defined rental period and a specific non-permanent purpose. The agreement is regulated as a private tenancy rather than as a hospitality service.
Why is this handled as a private tenancy?
The villas are privately owned and rented under a tenancy agreement — the legal framework used for seasonal residential rentals across Spain. This means the relationship is based on a private rental contract with the owner, and your rights and obligations are governed by the LAU tenancy agreement you sign.
Who is the landlord?
The villas are owned and rented directly by a private individual. Benarevo S.L.U. manages the property — maintenance, pool care, cleaning coordination, and the Welcome Service — but is not a party to the tenancy agreement. Your contract is with the owner.
What does the tenancy agreement cover?
The agreement sets out the rental period, the agreed rate, the deposit and payment schedule, the cancellation conditions, and the rules of occupation. It is provided digitally for electronic signature before the rental period begins. You receive a copy for your records.
