When you make your booking, you must pay a deposit of 20% of the total cost. The remaining balance must be paid approximately 60 days before your arrival date. If payment is not made in good time (within 2 days of this deadline) and you have made no effort to contact us, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and your deposit may be retained. You, or any member of your party, may cancel your booking at any time. In this case, you are obliged to send us a written notification by certified email or letter to our head office: C/ Mar de Escocia 21, San Bartalome de Tirajana, 35100, Las Palmas, España.
Since there are costs incurred in cancelations of the rental contract, the applicable cancelation charges will be applied as follows: cancellation within 24 hours of booking - no fee; cancelation more than 60 days before arrival - deposit (20%) will be retained; cancelation within 60 days of arrival - 100% of the total will be retained. If we have to make a major change to your booking, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and offer you an equivalent alternative. If there is no alternative, a full refund will be offered. You may change the date of your booking subject to availability and administration fees.
