1). Quiet Time: to ensure everyone's rest, we ask that you keep noise at a reasonable level in the outside areas between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. This way, everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay!
2. Air Conditioning: according to the Canary Islands Climate Change and Energy Transition Law (Law 6/2022, amended by Decree-Law 5/2024), it is not permitted to turn on the air conditioning with doors or windows open. All windows have sensors that automatically turn off the air conditioning if they are opened. Thank you for helping us take care of the environment!
3. Use of the Private Pool: Sunscreen is water-soluble and will leave marks at the water line. Please apply sunscreen after leaving the pool, not before. Showering before swimming is mandatory. Jumping into the pool is discouraged. Water is a very valuable resource on our island; help us avoid wasting it! We know jumping is fun, but we kindly ask you not to. Please do not use glassware in and around the pool. In case of broken glass, special cleaning measures must be taken, for which there are additional charges. Plastic glasses only must be used in the pool area.
4. Maximum Occupancy: the number of guests and maximum capacity are limited to those indicated on the Guest Form. Additional guests may be added with 24 hours' notice. Guests will be charged according to the additional service fee schedule (1). Visitors are premitted outside of quiet hours (10:00 pm - 09:00 am) and within the maximum occupancy.
Important: All guests staying at the property must be registered with VillasRoyale prior to arrival. Unregistered guests may not remain on the property overnight.
5. Celebrations and events: celebrations and events are permitted, provided they are within the maximum capacity and with signed confirmation from Management. Additional charges apply. Note: quiet times apply in outside areas.
6. Child Safety: if you are travelling with an infant, we can provide a crib at no additional cost (upon request and confirmation). We do not provide extra beds for children over 2 years old. Please always supervise children, especially in the pool area.
7. Access to and Use of Facilities: you may freely access your accommodation and enjoy the facilities, respecting current regulations and these rules. If you have any complaints or suggestions, we will be happy to help, but please remember that this does not exempt you from complying with the rules or from paying for the additional services used. The rooms and common areas are for lodging use only. If you need to conduct interviews, filming, or photo shoots, please request written authorisation from the management.
8. Billing and Payment: rates are calculated per day and per person. We accept cash (up to 1,000 euros and a maximum of 50 coins), debit cards (Maestro), and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa). We do not accept personal checks. If you decide to leave before the scheduled date, payment for the entire reservation and contracted services remains unchanged.
9. Damage deposit: upon check-in, we require a damage deposit, which you can pay in cash, by credit card or bank transfer. This damage deposit covers additional services(1), damage to the facilities, furnishings, or equipment in the event of improper use or negligence. Your damage deposit will be returned within 24 hours of departure, subject to a thorough inspection inspection by the Housekeeping team. Any damage deposit paid in cash will be refunded via bank transfer.
Please note, we do not allow smoking inside the house. Please smoke only in the outside areas.
